Refund Policy
Last updated 26 July 2026
W-Bucks are digital content delivered instantly. Here is exactly where you stand.
Who you bought from
W-Bucks are sold through Link (Stripe), which is the seller of record for the payment: Link takes the payment, handles the VAT, and can refund it. We make the game and provide the W-Bucks themselves, under these terms.
Your card statement will show Link.com*WikiDerby — not "WikiDerby" on its own. That is normal and it is us. If you see a charge you don't recognise under some other name entirely, it isn't us; contact your bank.
Either route works for a refund, so pick whichever you prefer: contact Link support, who are available 24/7 and can action it directly, or email us at support@wikiderby.io and we will sort it out with them. Coming to us is never the wrong door.
Instant delivery and your withdrawal right
W-Bucks land in your account within seconds of payment. In the EU/UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, but that right ends once digital content has been delivered with your consent — which is what happens the moment you complete checkout. This is standard for digital goods, and we state it plainly rather than bury it.
When we refund anyway
We would rather have a fair reputation than €2.99, so email support@wikiderby.io if:
- You paid and got nothing. Always refunded, or the W-Bucks delivered — your choice. Include the order reference from your receipt email.
- You were charged twice for the same pack.
- Someone else used your card. Tell us and we will refund and secure the account. That includes a child buying W-Bucks on a parent's card without asking — email us and it goes back, no argument.
Outside those cases we don't refund a change of mind — W-Bucks arrive the moment you pay.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear. Refunded W-Bucks are removed from the account, which can leave the balance negative if some were already spent.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always fix it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may have purchasing suspended until it is resolved.
